Can I change my order once it's placed?

Did you order the wrong size or color? We got you covered!

Here at MemoryStitch we completely understand that sometimes we buy things on a whim (or because of a sale), and maybe it wasn't quite right.

Our current online store does not allow for an order to be changed after it's been submitted, but if you realize, within 60 days of ordering, that you ordered something incorrectly, please contact us via our online Live Chat option, email at info@memorystitch.com or give us a call at 855-792-4205.

We will then cancel your order, refund you, and you can then make the new order. We'd be happy to do so over the phone if you prefer! If you had a coupon, please be sure to mention it, and we'll be happy to make sure you get the same % off!

After 60 days, an order cannot be "changed." 

If you need to change your shipping address, please send that request via email before shipping your t-shirts to us.
