Am I responsible for shipping the shirts?
Yes - while we're pleased to answer any questions you have about the process, we do not send you a shipping label or package to send in your items. In return, we're happy to cover standard shipping for the finished quilt on its way to you (US orders only)!
What carrier should I use?
Regardless of whether you're using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, please keep in mind to pick a box or package that fits all of your t-shirts, and for your protection, we suggest you use a shipping service that provides a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
What do I need to put in the box?
Please make sure your order number is included on your package. Please also be sure to count and re-count the shirts you're sending to ensure you have the correct number needed for your quilt! If you have a desired layout, be sure to email us a layout photo. A photo is the only way we can guarantee that your layout is exactly the way that you want it.
What should I not put in the box?
Please do not send in extra materials that we do not need, including things like plastic bags, pins, sticky notes or any type of adhesive tape that may slow the processing of your order. Adhesives can also leave a sticky residue or pull off part of the shirt design, so please do not use adhesives of any kind. Additionally, these will more than likely be removed during processing - so please do not include them.
Can I ship shirts for more than one quilt in one box?
We prefer that you ship shirts for each separate quilt in separate boxes. A couple of boxes inside a box is a more sure way to reduce the chances that the shirts might get mixed up. If you decide to take this route we absolutely need you to email us layout photos for each quilt. Otherwise - the shirts might get mixed up between the two quilts. We would like your quilt to be exactly how YOU want it.
Have you received my shirts yet?
"My tracking number says my shirts have been delivered to you, do you have my shirts yet?"
Once your tracking shows that your package is delivered, we have your shirts in our secure receiving warehouse. Once your project has been transported to our manufacturing warehouse and our team has started, you will receive an email confirming that we have started on your project. Our customer support team will not be able to provide any updates on your order if it has not yet reached production.
If your tracking number says it's been delivered, but you haven't received that email from us, don't worry! Your shirts are likely waiting to be put into production.
Can I drop off my t-shirts if I live in Lincoln, NE?
While we'd love to meet you, we cannot have walk in traffic at our manufacturing facility. There are too many packages going in and out, and we do not want your order to get mixed up or lost.

Please note: If you need to change your shipping address, please send that request via email before you ship your t-shirts. Each order can only have one shipping address. If you need your quilts shipped to more than one location, you must place two (or more) separate orders.
