Do you ship internationally?
We can ship your MemoryStitch order internationally to you for a shipping fee. The cost will be calculated and added to the order at checkout based on your location and how quickly you'd like your order.
Please note: International shipping costs do not include duty, VAT, taxes, or brokerage fees.
What is the turnaround time?
During typical seasons, your order should ship within 7-10 business days of us receiving your shirts. Shipping times will depend on your location and the type of shipping you selected.
However, due to the times we are currently living in, and during Holiday seasons or other peak times this turnaround time may be affected. If we have to contact you with questions about your order while it's in our possession, your order may also be delayed as well.
What are your shipping methods?
We use FedEx for the majority of our shipments. In the U.S. most packages will ship FedEx, but will be delivered by USPS. Please check for your package where you would normally receive mail unless otherwise noted by your tracking information.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email letting you know your order (or part of your order) has shipped. Inside this email, you'll be able to view your order and retrieve your FedEx tracking number. Copy and paste that Tracking number onto FedEx's website at http://www.fedex.com/in/domestic/track/, and you'll be able to track your package. If you have difficulty tracking your package, do not hesitate to contact us.
If your tracking information is pending, or does not show any additional insight on expected delivery date, it is in transit or FedEx has likely not yet picked up the package. Please give FedEx 24-48 hours to update before contacting us.
Can I change my Shipping Address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please send that request to us via email before shipping your t-shirts. Each order can only have one shipping address. If you need your quilts shipped to more than one location, you must place two (or more) separate orders.
