What can I expect when MemoryStitch ships me my order?

How long will it take? How do I find/use my tracking number? We're here to answer all your shipping questions!

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship your MemoryStitch order to your country for a shipping fee. The cost will be calculated and added to the order at checkout based on your location and how quickly you'd like your order.

What is the turnaround time?

During typical seasons, your order should ship within 7-10 business days of us receiving your shirts. Shipping times will depend on your location and the type of shipping you selected.

Holiday seasons and other peak times may affect this turnaround time. If we have to contact you about your order while it's in our possession, your order may be delayed as well.

What are your shipping methods?

We use FedEx for the majority of our shipments. Most packages will ship FedEx, but will be delivered by USPS. Please check for your package where you would normally receive mail unless otherwise noted by your tracking information.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email letting you know your order (or part of your order) has shipped. Inside that email, you'll be able to view your order and retrieve your FedEx tracking number. Copy and paste that number into FedEx's website, and you'll be able to track your package. If you have difficulty tracking your package, do not hesitate to contact us.

If your tracking information is pending, or does not show any additional insight on expected delivery date, etc., FedEx more than likely has either not yet picked up the package or has yet to scan it. Please give it a few hours to update.
