When can I still get a refund?
All MemoryStitch t-shirt quilts and products are made from the t-shirts sent in by the customer. If a customer has already sent in their shirts OR two months have passed since the order is placed, the order is NOT eligible for a refund.
A payment is refundable if the customer has not sent in the shirts and requests a refund within the two month grace period.
What can I do if I'm not completely satisfied with my MemoryStitch products?
Our number one goal at MemoryStitch is customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your quilt or other MemoryStitch product upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to see if there is anything we can do improve your experience.
How long do I have to send in my shirts?
We do ask that you send in your shirts within 3 months of ordering. After 3 months, your order will be closed. If, for some reason, you need an extension, please contact us!
