Looking to get your MemoryStitch order in time for the Holidays?
Be sure to read below to understand what we need to best make your t-shirt quilt AND get it back to you on time!
We cannot guarantee our 7 business day turnaround time during peak seasons, so make sure you're aware of the following instructions and time frames to receive your order on time this Holiday season! The sooner you can get your order in, the better.
While we do offer standard shipping in the USA for free, we do recommend adding 2 day shipping ($25) to your order, especially if you're not going to send your order in until November. If you need to add 2 day shipping to your order after placing it, contact us by phone or email. Standard shipping may take longer than expected, especially during peak seasons.
To ensure delivery in time for Christmas:
- Send in all orders immediately. (The sooner, the better).
- Make sure you've followed our instructions exactly, and your shirts arrive production ready. If we have to contact you about shirts being too big for the panel size you've selected, for example, it might delay your order. View Instructions.
- Make sure your order has the correct, and the best, contact information (email address and phone number) so we can reach you. If you're not receiving emails from us, let us know ASAP.
- Check your email regularly. If we have a question, we will email you. While we will always try to contact you by phone if we can, as an online company, we cannot guarantee a phone call if there is a question on an order. Please check your email often while your order is with us in case there are questions.
Rush production will be disabled mid-October. At that point, we'll no longer be able to add your order to the front of the queue.
Custom orders that require additional production time (e.g. mosaic layouts) will not be guaranteed Christmas delivery.
